Irving, TX, Registered Nurse Job Description in Medical/Surgical

As a Medical/Surgical RN on our units, you will enjoy a friendly team-based environment with a tenured staff. We assist in the treatment of a diverse group of pre- and post-surgical Urology, Bariatric and general surgical patients. The Med/Surg Registered Nurse on our unit enjoys a strong collaborative approach with a group of nurses with a wide diversity of skills. You will enjoy a team that consistently scores high in patient satisfaction and an array of educational opportunities on our floor.


Irving, TX, Registered Nurse Job Qualifications

To be considered as an RN on our team, you must fulfill the following requirements:
RN Job Education Requirement
  • ADN required
  • BSN highly preferred
RN Job Licensure/Certification Requirement
  • Texas State RN license or compact license accepted
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
  • Current certification as an ACLS Healthcare Provider required for Med/Surg Telemetry units
Registered Nurse Experience
Minimum one year’ hospital nursing experience required.
